My Self-Love Supply began in April 2019 with a simple belief: small, consistent acts of self-care can make a big difference to mental wellbeing - but most of us need reminders, tools, and a calm place to start. Since then, we’ve grown into a community of 3 million+ who come for daily mental health reminders, self-care tips, and healthy-living motivation. Everything we share is designed to be accessible, evidence-informed, and gently encouraging - practical habits you can keep, not quick fixes you can’t.

" Hi! My name is Sofia.

I have always been deeply passionate about self-care and the “small” things that we can do to look after ourselves better, improve our mental health, and ultimately have a real impact on how we live our lives on a daily basis. This is how the idea for My Self-Love Supply was born. "

Sofia holds an MSc in Psychological Studies with Mental Health from the University of Aberdeen (2022) and an MSc in Foundations of Clinical Psychology from the University of Southampton (2023). Beginning September 2024, she will pursue her PhD in Neuroscience at Oxford Brookes University. Her first book, The Morning Journal, was a self-published success and a simple, gentle guide to daily self-care.
